About ROCS

Record of Care Services (ROCS) is a software program tailored to assist Community Care Service Providers to quickly and easily record care services to clients, track service delivery and generate reports to funding bodies.

    ROCS (Record of Care Services) has been developed by Industry professionals following 10 years of consultation with Community Care Service Providers.
  • Addresses the business needs
    ROCS has been developed to address the Business needs of Service Providers, satisfy the reporting requirements of Community Care Funding Bodies, and capture the auditing requirements under the Service Standards.
  • Community Care Programs' Minimum Data Set (CCMDS)
    ROCS easily and quickly records care services to clients and generates the Queensland Community Care Programs' Minimum Data Set (CCMDS) and the Community and Home Support Programs' (CHSP/CSIA) Data Exchange (DEX) bulk upload files for submission to their respective web portals.
  • Manage service delivery outputs
    ROCS generates a number of reports to monitor and manage service delivery outputs and interaction with Clients and Staff.
  • Graphs generation
    ROCS generates graphs for each service type comparing actual service delivery against contracted funded service amounts.

Installation

ROCS support staff prepare your ROCS installation which is installed from our web server after obtaining some organisational information from you. This information includes your Official Organisation name, your trading name or Service Provider name your MDS Organisation ID and your funding details from CHSP/QCCP.
